Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping cost is free for all orders.

 

Delivery times:
Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package maybe withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.

Order delivery takes into account processing time and shipping time:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination after processing.

Orders processed in the US will take 5-8 business days to arrive after processing. For international orders, it can take between 7-12 business days for your product to arrive after processing, depending on where you live.

Please also note that if your purchased item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to manufacturing delays. Most pre-ordered products will take about 45 business days to ship.

 

Where do you ship from?
About 90% of our orders ships from our facility in Houston TX.

We have partnered up with small 3PL companies to store our inventory in Florida, London and Hong Kong. 3PL companies are warehouse and distribution companies that provide a fulfilment service to us.

Since we provide free international delivery we position small portions of our inventory near our international customers to ensure we keep our pricing affordable. If for some reason any item that is not in stock in Houston at the time of the order, we may dispatch from other warehouses to ensure we meet the order delivery date we commit to. The delivery timeline doesn't change whether we ship from Houston or elsewhere.
