WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We're proud to offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all customers. We utilize trusted international carriers to ensure your order gets to you quickly and securely.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Your order will ship once it's been processed at our warehouse (1-3 business days). Shipping times will vary based on your location, the products ordered, and other factors.

United States: 5-8 business days

International: 7-12 business days

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?

The majority of our products are shipped from our main warehouse in Houston. We have other warehouses we ship from in Florida, London, and Hong Kong for international orders.

When delivering, we take into account your location to provide the fastest and most secure shipping.

ARE THERE CUSTOMS FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

To avoid fees for our customers, we incur the costs of shipping our items separately to minimize customs costs for you.

With that being said, we cannot guarantee there will be no customs fees for your items. At the end of the day, each country has its own laws and customers are responsible for these fees in order to receive their items.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking code. You can visit our tracking page on the footer of the site. Simply enter your order number and email to see where your order is at.

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURNS & REFUNDS?

We do accept returns and provide refunds within 30 days of receiving your item. As always, the returned item has to be in the same condition you received it in, unused with tags and its original packaging with receipt/proof of purchase.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do allow order cancellations within the first 24 hours of your order before our team has been able to process it. Once your order has been processed however, we cannot issue any cancellations.
